API 650 Shell Manhole Bolt pattern

Where within API 560 do you find the quantity and diameter of bolts for a shell manway?
I find the the bolt circle diameter, and bolt size/quan. for roof manholes, but nothing for shell manholes

Shown in the notes at the top of Figure 5.7a. Bolt circle shown in Table 5.5a and 5.5b, centerline height also shown in Fig. 5.7a.
