I'm having a problem whereby, when I create shut off surfaces in the mold tools, Solidworks is creating a surface at both ends of every hole or slot so that there are double the number of surfaces required.
I can delete the extra surfaces manually but it's a pain when there are a lot (imagine a loudspeaker grill with hundreds of perforations).
Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix? My reseller has been unable to help.
Kind regards,
Rob Ward
