Looks like you need to expand your license. Your current file is 40 nodes, so you need to go up to 90.

That's what I assumed I would need to do, just wasn't sure if the model could be simplified.

The only way to reduce the number of nodes would be to eliminate nodes that you don't need. But it looks like all your nodes perform an essential purpose, either for runoff or routing calculations.
