I need your help
Can we direct an effluent that does not contain H2S only traces of NH3 with a large flow to the sour water system instead of HC close draIn to mix it with an acid flow that contains a significant quantity of H2S to be stripped.

Yes, you can. Note that even minor amount of NH3 drastically affects sour water stripper.
