Hello,

I'm new to using the NBCC to calculate loads on a building. I have been working to calculate the wind load on a building using the static procedure (4.1.7.3). I have calculated the internal and external pressures/suctions of the building using 4.1.7.3.(1). and 4.1.7.3.(3). With this information I understand that I have the external pressure/suction of various building locations (Figure 4.1.7.6.-A) and the internal pressures.

I am getting confused about what sentences 2 and 3 of 4.1.7.3 are indicating in regard to how the calculated pressures will be transferred to the superstructure. Any guidance on the next steps after calculating the internal and external pressures will be greatly appreciated!
