How to add springs in SAP2000 for convective mass of a water tank under earthquake

I am modelling an elevated water tank and i want to see it's displacement under earthquakes. I want to take the movement of water inside the tank in consideration. Given that i will put a mass in the in the tank connected to a spring connected to the walls of the tank. How exactly can i do that?
