Hi All,
This is my first post!

I am trying to determine the method being used to create this vibration. From the video it appears that maybe it's an electric motor or pneumatic actuator? What are your thoughts or how have you created this fast up and down motion? The load will be about 100lbs when the bag is filled.

thanks! Mike

It's a motor with a cam.
The scale is mounted on an assembly sitting on die springs.
When the motor turns, the cam hits a plate and raises against the springs, when it clears the springs lower.

The cam is always in contact so that the assembly does not spring bounce.
