Does the feed crude oil at the tank have standard temperature of 25 degrees before it goes to the preheater and then to desalter? Little confused on the normal temperature of Crude oils

It may be at 25 degrees CELSIUS if conditioned for transportation to the tank, but it will be warmer when existing a well.
Wrong unit => wrong answer.
