Hi
Qw-304.1
For small diameter pipe where the required minimum length of weld cannot be obtained from a single production pipe circumference, additional consecutive circumferences of the same pipe diameter made by the welder shall be examined, except that the total number of circumferences need not exceed four.

The above means the number of NDE examination is four piece after first production ? or the length of pipe to be NDE not four multiple circumferene of test coupon ?

You are very confused. Consult a welding engineer.

Listen to r6155.

I see 5 of your questions posted in short order.
There is a big difference between sharing knowledge and doing wholesale pro bono work. You are clearly unqualified for the task your boss has dumped on you.

I didn't become a Welding Engineer by opening up a few books and some online crowdsourcing. There is no shame in telling your supervisor that you don't have the qualifications or experience for this task.

Sir

In the enginering books never has been wrote the min 6 inch length is required to nde testing (production ) or even see qw-403.6 or refer to table 323.3.1 and etc , we are learning and occasionally ask our questions here , but answering is not mandatory .. if somebody could ... help us

I agree 100% with IM.
It is clearly stated in QW 302.2 & 304.1 - 150 mm of weld minimum.
Coupon diameter x Pi = circumference.
How many "circumferences" required to achieve 150 mm ?

The premise of this forum is individuals are supposed to search for answers themselves and when they have exhausted their search they come on here and volunteers with possibly more experience will help.
How else will you learn if not by reading ?
If you have to come on here and ask multiple questions (to relatively basic questions) it is obvious you are inexperienced and quite possibly taking employment from someone who does have the experience.
Sorry for the rant.
