MicroKinetics How to calculate pre-exponential factor and the activation energy

From the following table is it possible to calculate the pre-exponential factor? Any relevant text software we can find preexponential factors? Wiil RMG software able to do it?

I'll say no. You have heat of reaction and activation energies, but I see no kinetics.
