Manifold Design

I thought I'd play with some manifold configurations. The best way to arrange 3 meters between headers, etc. The question comes up a lot here, so... avoid the both entry and exit at meter 1, the other two, entry at meter 1, exit at meter 3, or entry at meter 2, exit at meter 2, are acceptable with scarcely any differences at all.
And keep your header diameters at least 1.33 x branch run diameters.
