Assuming there's somewhere here who can help with that particular program, you need to provide more detail on what problem you're running into, as well as what you've tried yourself to resolve the issue.

My teacher said that i have to create a new bathymetry for the bridge region after removed it, and make an study for the effects caused by this, i did not understand what he mean. If someone need more informations, i can send my project for analysis.

If you don't understand what your teacher is asking for, honestly the best person to speak with would be your teacher. You need to clarify with the teacher what they want before traveling down a road that may be in the wrong direction.
