Hi Everyone!

I have done a quenching simulation with AVL FIRE M(CFD) and the next step is Abaqus stress analysis (residual stress analysis).
But I have no experience with Abaqus.
I have to make a re-mesh in Abaqus and then I have to do mapping for this re-mesh file in AVL FIRE M (using COMPOSE tools), and at the end, I have to make a mapped file in Abaqus stress analysis.
I don't know how can I do remesh in Abaqus and export this file as a .flm or .msh file.
Can anyone help me?
Do you have any tutorials/videos/PDFs or know anyone?
