225*dw/dt=140-0.02w^2 They don't give units for w so the intended answer is anyone's guess. rpm, deg/s, rps, rad/s?????
I'd solve it numerically, but it doesn't look too horrific to solve with calculus.

rpm, not rad/s. And you can do it by inspection T=0 when .05w^2=140
