ZERO RITZ STARTING VECTORS ELIMINATED warning in etabs

Hi Guys,

I got the following Warning when I run the response spectrum analysis with Ritz modal case in etabs. any recommendation on how to remove the warning?


* * * W A R N I N G * * *
ZERO RITZ STARTING VECTORS ELIMINATED,
NUMBER OF STARTING VECTORS REDUCED TO = 2
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Set other than zero values to UX and UY at the modal data. It will then run properly.

I tried doing that but the warning still shown.
Can you explain what you have suggested here with a screenshot?
