I need Allowable stress value of flange A105 at 68 Degree C

Depending on the application, you may find the allowable stress of A105 in the proper Industrial Code, such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, etc.
For example, per B31.3, the Allowable Stress of A105 at 65 Deg-C is 156 MPa.

Cannot Find 65 Deg-C In Asme B31.3

(For example, per B31.3, the Allowable Stress of A105 at 65 Deg-C is 156 MPa.)

Seems like you've answered your own question.
Suggest you look a little harder before posting such a basic question.
