Dear all,

I have pipes with category M fluids, hydrochloric acid concentrations of 32% and 5%.This involves flexibility analysis computational calculations.

However pipes material is CPVC, so you should not use Caesar II.
It is not possible to change the material of pipes because client has already advanced about 90% of the purchases.

According to your experience / opinion, what should be done?

Should the flexibility calculation of these CPVC pipes with fluid service category M be done or not,
Does a calculation only apply "by hand" or the analysis should be discarded?

Thanks in advance.

Regardless of the possibilities CII provides, code requirements need to be met.
Refer to B31.3 chapter VIII, part 15, MA319. This refers back to A319. A319.4.2 will be key I think.
