Bystronic 3000 3015 watererror

(OP)
Hi,
We have problem with bystronic 3000 3015 (2004. year) laser. Every morning when i start working and turn machine on we have watererror after cutting ca 5 minutes. And like this, maybe 5 times in a row. It will take us an 1 hour. Later we can cut all day and we have 0 errors. Last thursday morning reset is not working and we cant cut with this machine. We ordered new flow meter because hv cabinet display says water flow is 3637 m/s and we thinking maybe flow meter is broken. This tuesday arrived new flow meter. I tried cut with new flow meter 1 hour. 0 Errors, ewerything OK. But wednesday morning we have same story like before. In the morning 5 times watererror. Display shows first time water flow 130 m/s. One time shows again 3637 m/s. I turned the valve and best water flow what i have is 65 m/s. After that machine is working well but i know tomorrow morning we have same problem. Maybe this valve is not working? what do you think?

luckily i have one older bystronic machine for spare parts. I took sysif E0583-5-A card from there and now i dont have watererrors and weird water flow numbers. But the flow is not ok. I have best result 65 m/s. What i can do for better result?

RE: Bystronic 3000 3015 watererror

fully open and close that valve a few times, that can help get the water flow up. You probably need to unclog and flush the cooling system and when you're done you'll probably need new radiators for the high voltage, cnc and resonator. take a few colling lines off in the top of the resonator and look for white stuff
