Just like last year, and every Code edition, here's a link to the latest issue of WJ Sperko's ASME Section IX article, which contains a summary of changes of ASME section IX.
WJ Sperko is a member of one of the sec IX committees and bi-annually posts this very useful article for those involved in welding, welding inspection, etc. to review all the changes to the new Sec IX issue, in a very well documented and easy to read way. I had the privilege of taking an ASME IX course with Mr. Sperko in 2017. It was required for my work WE qualification and I thought I already knew IX pretty well, but I definitely learned a few things.
I never miss his updates, and I have all the old ones archived.
I'd like to see updates of the same quality published for Section II-C.
