The QA manual is the document that defines the QMS.

You do not do this"without much knowledge in quality".

So my understanding is QMS mother document from that our QA/QC manual will be written right?

Who will write the QMS & QA/QC manual?

Sounds to me that you have a more serious issue than that, if you can't tell that it doesn't matter.

In any case, it should be someone in the QA organization who cares about, and understands, what they are supposed to be doing.

In as simple terms as I can think of...the QMS is the system of procedures that a company uses to ensure quality, the Quality Manual is the document that contains the written definitions of those procedures.

These manuals should be handy to the operators or workers assigned in inspection because these will serve as guides for them to ensure efficiency and secured output.

The matter is not serious but when here the clients ask us where am working right now we providing the QMS to them is it right to do that instead of providing the QA manual?
