I would try by wrap the two
Edges lines around the sloped
Cylinder

Clarification.

Its 4 lines in 2 are in right angle
in the other 2.

Using the Sheet metal application, it's a "bend" feature. The centerline of the bend 45degrees and the bend angle 180 degrees.
