connecting old brick foundation with new in ground concrete foundation

(OP)
Hi,
I am currently working as an intern on a renovation/extension project of a two storey apartment block. The renovation aspect is kind of a misnomer because the only thing that is kept from the old building is basically a 15 m. outer wall of the facade (it's on the C grid line, from the 3 line to the right). The foundations of the wall are a circa. 2 m. deep continuation of the brick wall (since the building is before 1890, in Copenhagen).
The building will be extended along the facade side (from the 1 to 3 grid line), so my supervisor asked me to investigate which is the safest way to connect the existing brick foundation, with its continuation, an in ground concrete foundation. Do you have any tips or litterature you could direct me to?

Thanks in advance,
Yannis
