Hi
I need the formula to calculate the volume of water removed per minute during a vacuum dry out process. We are removing relatively small amounts of water from the internal components in a vacuum chamber. The internal components are heated to stop ice formation. I have access to the following data during the process:

Constant vapor stream volume (cfm)
Dew point (C°)
Relative Humidity %
Mixing Ratio (g/kg @ atmospheric pressure )
Concentration by volume ppm
Pressure (torr) 760 – 0.1 torr
Vapor stream temperature (C°)

Thanks for your help
