Checking the material orientation

Is there a way to check the material orientation after assigning it to the material and before having the output.
Also, if I reassign the orientation of the material over an already defined orientation is the last action considered.

I found out that we can check the assigned orientation from tools/display but that after having the solution-output files
but I wanna make sure from the correct definition of the assigned orientation before running the job

You can use Query check right after you assign material orientations. No need to run the job. Just go to Property module, select Query and choose „Material orientations” in Property Module Queries group.

Yes, Tools->Query is the obvious option.

When your model is defined, then you can run also a datacheck (takes usually <1min) and then open the results file to check the initial state, including he material orientation.
