Amada LCV Bll alarm code 2158

(OP)
We have an 1996 Amada LCV Bll 3000w with the OLC420Hll Fanuc Laser assy.
When about to lase it goes into alarm mode at the control panel. The alarm code is 2158
and on the oscillator display its alarm code is 022.
The High Voltage led indicator on the control panel goes out and cannot move cnc until the
oscillator has been turned off at control panel and then must restart oscillator by its main power
switch otherwise the alarm will not be removed from the control panel.
Also had a 205 alarm code on the oscillator once.
It will run all code with shutter off but will alarm as above as soon as tries to lase.
Machine had full service not long ago.
Any ideas appreciated.
