believe it or not there were issues with the cooling fans locking up inside these which would shut the module down and cause all kinds of weird errors. Fan is behind front panel, you can jump the signal wire coming out of the fan to bypass it and test it. i can't remember if it has to be connected to vcc or ov to bypass, doesn't hurt to try either. don't electrocute yourself. most other excitation module issues are problems with laser gas/leaks.

We had the same issue here. Just replaced the fan and good as new.

This is one of the many errors you get in regards to leaks.

If you ask me to do something, I will do it. There's no need to nag me every 6 months

When turbine blower and operating pressure is reached starts excitation modules only 10 seconds. Then they go off and i have same errors back.
I changed module 1 and module 2 fans and now i have error in module 2. before changing in module 1. For sure something with new fan. Maybe it not fit here.

that should work. By the way, the official replacement fan bypasses the rpm signal so failure will not stop the module. With the water cooling it might not need the fan anyway.

New fan is arrived and it works. One bystronic service guy said same what you. But yes, problem is fixed and thanks for help!
