May be Used A-182 F11 Cl.2 instead A-182 F11 Cl.1 for B16.5

It's not a listed material in B16.5, see table 1A. Unless you can bring it under B16.5 para 5.1(d), the short answer is no; you cant use B16.5 tabulated values for F11 Cl.2 instead.
Please note that the current B16.5 edition is 2017.
