Hi,
Its 20m x 20m water tank, 5.5m height 2200 m3.
After pouring the raft footing something went wrong with the water stopper on one of the sides and it got loose from the footing completely,

What are the possible options for this situation?

Aside from tearing down the pour, you could pour the rest of the wall, leak test and epoxy inject the leaks.

How about a coating on the inside? That segregated concrete may leak also.

You might try hydrotite AND leak test as JedClampett suggested:

Can you use a vandex coating? One of the reasons I nearly always use a Bentonite 'rod'.

Jed: Might be better to use a polyurethane injection... it's hydrophilic.

The hydrophilic and hydrophobic (there's a difference) injection materials definitely have a place in water containing structure design. But the right way to use them is to send divers in with dye wands and to have them inject the injection material from the wet side. My preference is for epoxy, as it provides the structural strength and adhesion to the existing surface to replace the concrete. It's probably not necessary all the time, but I don't want to find out it was the hard way (large noisy cracks, depositions, etc.).
