I'm working on a renovation to a building constructed in the early 90's and found an odd deck welding pattern designation on the plans. The wide rib roof deck is noted to be welded at a "4-W6 or 6-W4" pattern.

Does anyone know what this corresponds to in terms of the weld spacing? I'm thinking it's similar to a 36/4 pattern.
