Package Boiler Installation

Package Boiler Installation

Package Boiler Installation

Does anyone have a cost brake down on the installation of a small water tube boiler and if not can you point me in a direction to some one who does and may be willing to share it?

RE: Package Boiler Installation

Get couple estimates from boiler or mechanical contractor.from water treatment all the way to start up.

RE: Package Boiler Installation

Your question is way too vague ..... What the heck is it that you want ???

Its like you asking for "the cost of a green truck" ????

Some important things to establish:

1) What is the desired massflow rate, operating pressure and temperture ? What is the fuel ?

2) Why must the boiler be watertube ? Firetube boilers are most economical in the smaller sizes

3) What auxiliary equipment is required ? Condensate collection ? feedwater pumps, stack, dampers etc, etc

4) What are the emissions requirements ? What type of monitoring system is required ?

5) Are there space limitations ?

and on and on ....

RE: Package Boiler Installation

I liked Cleaver Brooks package boilers so get hold of one of their local distributors.
