I know these are not exactly the class of 'failures' that we've come to expect in this forum, in particular because here the outcomes were exactly as predicted, except in a couple of cases that didn't go quite as planned Anyway, enjoy (I assume the structural guys will get a special kick out of this):

Because almost no one in Russia has auto insurance so this is one way to have the evidence necessary when someone else causes an accident and you need them to pay-up.
