Hi All,

In a coker unit, currently we are controlling the level in the fractionator by adjusting the fresh feed coming in, which often causes the unit throughput to be below the desired value.
Any advise/best practice on how to keep fresh feed flow to the maximum while being able to adjust the fractionator level?

Thanks a lot in advance

Its not clear why you would operate the column feed this way - flow surges in a column bottoms thermosyphon reboiler return line?
