is there a relation between the Menard Pressuremeter modulus and friction angle?
or is there like a typical range values for Em for different soil types ?

Look at this manual from Kulhawy and Mayne. I found it very useful. It has lots of correlations for soil properties with several field test methods:


It has also some info for relations for modulus and friction angles using pressuremeter tests.
