Hi,

I am attending an interview for Design Lead. There is a round for tool test in Nx
Can someone please post some intermediate to complex CAD drawings for practice (part, surface, sheet). Or any link or book where I can practice the drawings to crack the tool test easily. Seeking help and valuable advices. Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Paul

You should be able to find drawings in any Technical Drawing textbook at a university bookstore that has some drawings you can practice with.
You may find some with a little bit of internet searching.

How many hours of NX experience do you have?

Jeeze, you'd think a "Design Lead" would be pretty well versed in all that stuff...I guess my expectations are too high these days?

[green]To the Toolmaker, your nice little cartoon drawing of your glass looks cool, but your solid model sucks. Do you want me to fix it, or are you going to take all week to get it back to me so I can get some work done?[/green]

Hi capnhook,

Yes it is expected to be well versed and that is the reason for my thread. I lost my practice since I am involved in concept design stuffs. And to add, time limit what they give for a complex part is very short. The university books has some basic drawings, what I was expecting was to find may be a series of complex parts and would bring back my pace. Thanks.

Regards,
Paul
