For two signals (one with double values and other with complex values), I obtained corresponding auto and cross spectral densities. When I plot the output (attached figure), cross spectral density is shown in negative region. I know I can take absolute of output, but I would like to know why the frequency peaks are upside down. Is this due to complex numbers?
