We use Casappa KM30.51R0-83E3-LEB/ED-N, hydraulic motor for powering our LPG pumps. Frequently, we face failure of oil seal and oil leakage at customer site. I have tried checking entire system, relief valve, cooler performance, inspite of all checks again I face this issue.
I have few observations
1. Thermal stress marks in the root of gear
2. Oil foaming/color changing to pale yellow, might be due to water mixing
photos attached (not so clear), suggest your views for further inspection and rectification
