RE: Carbon M1 is available

After major investors and corporations, Ford for example, took over steering the ship, I believe it became a more proprietary venture. It may yet still manufacture for the public, but I assume that it will only happen after the investors and their respective companies have all milked it for what they wanted to use it for privately. That's conjecture on my part, but I don't expect to see one available to the rest of us soon. Otherwise, I'd say the only avenue is to persuade their sales staff that you're serious about getting one ASAP and be prepared for sticker shock at the price.

I'm sorry, I did not catch their latest announcement. I've been specifically not avoiding news articles published today, April 1st. I suppose their announcement is legitimate. I'm very interested.

RE: Carbon M1 is available

(OP)
Not an entry level machine then ;(

I'll have to wait a bit more.

RE: Carbon M1 is available

I never figured it would be entry level pricing, though I never expected nearly $40k/yr. That's outrageous.

There are ~$1k photopolymer resin machines already out there if you need entry-level.
