Reducing elongation of PE tubing

Hello - we are extruding HDPE tubing. I am wondering if anyone knows how to reduce elongation. Typical HDPE tubing could elongate > 500% before it breaks. Does anyone know how I can reduce this to say 200% elongation before it breaks? Without reducing ultimate strength. Besides fillers, is there anything that can be done in the processing? Thanks for sharing your thoughts!!
