How can i correlate the base course modulus and the CBR?

I want to know if there is any correlation between the value in the CBR and the base course modulus.
I have heard that exist some kind of relation between subgrade modulus and CBR, like the modulus is 100 x the CBR.
There exists any kind of correlation like that between the base course modulus and the CBR value?

For a CBR range of 2 to 25, you can use Mr = 1500 x CBR

For CBR over 25, use Mr = 2555 x CBR^0.64

Since the base course will have a CBR greater than 25, use the 2nd correlation.
