Amada AMS. Loading cell leaving heavy roller marks on material

(OP)
I'm running an Amada FLCAJ 4020 4k fiber laser laser with a 10 cell tower. Whenever I load light gauge bundles into the tower the the rollers used to line the bundle up on the pins heavily dents the bottom sheet, sometimes the bottom 2 sheets if I'm loading 20 ga. Has anybody worked with this system and found a way to keep the bottom sheet from being sacrificed?

Can you not call amada and complain? Sounds like throwing money away after each shedule!
