amortization + consumables + labor ?

I would think the manufacturer would have such information available to potential buyers.

The consumption is divided to different ways, like Gas consumption and cutting price for leaner meter.

Sure, but that's just a re-distribution of the quantities I cited. I would expect some jobs to include a setup charge to load in the cutting program and some amount of time to verify correctness, and test/inspect the articles afterwards.
