Dear experts,

Our tanks roof have been completely painted since almost 2 months ago.

Then there are other subcontractors (piping , structure and electrical) work on the roof of these tanks. Now the paint on the roof is damage and dirty due to spark from grinding, welding and moody from the worker shoes.

I can use air compressor to remove the debris. I can touch paint the damage areas.

Can I wash with water and detergent to make the roof little bit "shiny" ?

Any comments and suggestion is appreciated.

Be careful to use only a "reasonable" force and a "rational" pressure to clean the top of the tank.

An bad, unskilled operator - OR a "good" but over-enthusiastic operator !!!! - of the washing system (even if not a pressure blast washer) can and will blow off your new paint.

Good morning guys,

Thanks for your advise
