SRX-611 Newbie's question

SRX-611 Newbie's question

(OP)
Hi, All

I just got a used SRX-611, with control box and pretty much everything else to run it. I made the jumper harness for rear safety DB 25 connector, front DB 15 Safety box connector and teaching pendant DB 25 (I have teaching pendant, but not able to make that work either). Now I powered the controller up, connected the serial port to my XP machine. I launched the SRXMonie and I can get the current robot position. Than I started the LUNNA control console, and click on "EXE", I got the 342 error. I searched the web and found the exact same issue has been posted here many years ago. When I was making the rear DB 25 harness, I know I made mistake because the controller refused to start with clicking sound. I found that the connector was bad. So I fixed that and seems like all bridges are correct now. That mistake might have blow the fuse. Here is the link to the post related to this issue.

My question is where I can find the fuse and replace it.

Thank you all in advance.

IRStiff, Sorry i didn't make myself clear. The fuse (if there is one) mentioned in that post is what i am looking for on the controller;). But i will recheck my safety switch wiring tomorrow see if anything got miswired.

Thanks
