Where can i find a program manual for this robot. I have to that need to be set up but i have no idea how to run or program them.

Fanuc is extremely protective of their copyright material and aggressively restricts folks from posting their manuals on the internet. Purchase directly from Fanuc is your best option. You might ask folks in the Fanuc sub-forum of robot-forum.com if someone is kind enough to send you a copy.
