Is there any reasonably priced software for designing continous concrete beams?

To get the bending moments and shear forces, you could use most structural analysis software. See earlier discussions and faq's in this forum.
If you have equal beam spans, you can also get the coefficients from the older design handbooks.
To design your section properties, tension and shear steel, you could write a simple spreadsheet based on your code of practice.

Good ones are STAAD, SAP. Not so good ones are Ram.
