Void Column In Reinforced Concrete column At Beam Junction

I've been retained as a structural engineer in a fit out job on an existing building.

An inspection of the existing building revealed this construction defect, a big void on the column at the beam - column junction.
Can this be rectified by using a class R4 concrete repair mortar or is it safer to re-shore the slab, hack around the column and recast the area. This is the only slab being supported.
 
Maybe encase the whole thing.
 
What are the loads?
How many years of service?
Are measured deflections excessive?
Bars don’t look corroded, can you confirm?

Of course it’s safer to shore and recast or encase. The real question is whether anything less is justifiable — it may be.
 
Apparently poor concrete quality and poor workmanship .

I would prefer shoring the system then break out the slab and beam at junction and poor new concrete repair mortar . You may speak with SIKA for the repair mortar type .
