Copying the formula sheet

(OP)

I want to send a  formula sheet/particular portion ,Say 10R*8C from a sheet (which has many formula
sections) through a mail system ( We use  lotus CC mail ).I tried Copy/paste method. It doesn't work.Tell me how to do.

RE: Copying the formula sheet

You could make a smaller spreadsheet using copy/paste and send it as an attachment

You could hit ctrl-` to switch the display to equations, then copy and paste the equations into notepad, and send the file as an attachment (you could try pasting directly into an email, but the results might not be as good).  The person at the other end will need to copy and paste into excel for the result to be readable

RE: Copying the formula sheet

Another option is to use the CTRL-` to view formulas, copy and paste into WORD, which will keep all the nice tabular formatting.
