Trying to export a deformed body and get this error about 95% of the time I am running the analysis.

Creation of Deformed Body Failed - Unable to Sew Faces

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Solidworks 2011, Non-Linear Analysis (displacement controlled).

Upgraded to 2013 hoping for a fix. Still nothing.
