I am producing an assembly drawing comprising reference parts & 'real parts', the reference parts are displayed as chain dot.
Currently the reference lines can be seen through the real part, is there a way of stopping the ref lines locally around the real part? i.e if the real part is in front of the ref part the real part would be shown in full & the ref lines would only appear only around the edges.

Hope ive not been too wordy with the question, but i am new to inventor having come from a solid edge background, & the above procedure is straight forward.
