AASHTO Poles 1.3 gust factor 1

Can anyone provide the latest AASHTO formula for wind pressure loading with the 1.3 gust factor. Any tips will greatly appreciated

The 1.3 gust factor is based on the fastest mile wind consideration. It is currently based on a 3s gust, with the converted 1.3 gust factor being 1.14.
